•Honey (1 teaspoon)

•Chili peppers (crushed)


•Cauliflower (500 g, grated)
•Almond flour (2 tablespoons)
•Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
•Yeast (2 tablespoons)
•Coconut flour (30 g)
•Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
•Ghee (120 ml)


•Mushroom (4, sliced)
•Chicken (100 g, minced)
•Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
•Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
•Green olives (4 tablespoons)
•Bell pepper red (1/4, diced)
•Onion powder (1/2 teaspoon)
•Vegan mozzarella cheese (60 g, shredded)

1. To prepare the sauce: sauté the garlic, onions, and spices in a skillet for 3 minutes.

2. Cook tomatoes and honey together for 15 minutes. Ensure the pan is covered.

3. Cook until thickened and put aside.

4. Make the crust: Set oven to 475˚F/250°C and put a baking sheet
inside it.

5. Microwave cauliflower in a heat-resistant bowl. Cool the cauliflower by placing it on a clean cloth.

6. Wrap it in a cloth, twist it, and squeeze out the extra water.

7. Combine the remaining ingredients with the cauliflower in a bowl.

8. Place the dough in the center of a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board. With your hands, flatten the dough.

9. Remove the heated baking pan from the oven, then place the baking pan on the parchment paper.

10. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until brown.

11. Prepare the toppings. Spread tomato sauce equally over the crust.

Add half of the mushrooms, bell peppers, and cheese.

13. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

14. Cool and top with basil.
